Big salary increases for top-paid association chief executives

Trade groups continue to increase compensation packages with greater emphasis on at-risk incentive pay rather than base salary Take-home pay in the latest tax year jumped by an average $238,665 for the 25 highest-paid association CEOs according to disclosures received so far.
