Briscoe resigns as head of Sugar Association

Thirteen-year CEO of food industry group quietly departs; Courtney Gaine named interim CEO Briscoe Andy Briscoe recently resigned as CEO the Sugar Association after leading the $13 million-revenue group for more than a decade. Courtney Gaine, the association's vice president of scientific affairs, has been named interim CEO. The association announced Briscoe's departure in a Jan. 13 website blog post.
