Cardiology group CEO Jacobovitz returns to biopharmaceutical sector

Search for new top exec begins as ACC develops strategic plan for 2019-2023 Jacobovitz Shal Jacobovitz is stepping down as CEO of the American College of Cardiology Feb. 2 to return to the biopharmaceutical industry. He will become CEO of CiVi Biopharma, a privately held company founded in 2016. ACC plans a nationwide search to find a successor.
