CEO DATELINE - ASAE names 2020 Power of A Award winners

ASAE will recognize six organizations that "go above and beyond their everyday mission to undertake initiatives that benefit America and the world," according to ASAE's website.

Winners of the "Power of A" Summit Awards will be recognized virtually on September 30. The ASAE Summit Awards will also serve as the culmination of ASAE's centennial celebrations.
The annual awards are part of the Power of A campaign, which brings attention to the association community's contributions to society at the local, national and global levels, according to ASAE. Winners were chosen by a committee of judges who reviewed 125 entries.
"We look forward to celebrating exceptional work in the association community every year, but with the challenges presented by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it's especially gratifying in ASAE's Centennial year to recognize and salute association excellence," said Barry Pilson, vice president, membership and marketing, at the National Business Officers Association and chair of the Power of A Awards judging committee. "Associations make a notable difference in the world and that's one thing this current crisis has only magnified."
