White House official heading to BSA? Victoria Espinel stepped down from her role as the nation's first chief intellectual property enforcement officer Friday amid rumors she is a top candidate to fill the currently vacant post of CEO of BSA | The Software Alliance. Espinel was named Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator for the White House in 2009, the first person to hold the title.
