NSBA: Small businesses hit with rising health care costs A new survey by the National Small Business Association has found that 91 percent of respondents reported increases in their health plans at their most recent health insurance renewal. The survey of 780 small business owners found that of those reporting a spike in health care costs, one in four were hit with increases exceeding 20 percent.
