Convenience store association takes stand on e-cigarettes Convenience stores should treat e-cigarette sales the same as those of tobacco products and not allow minors to purchase the devices, NACS-The Association for Convenience & Fuel Retailing announced Thursday. NACS is encouraging its members to follow the new guidelines, which were adopted by the association's board of directors at its most recent meeting. The association noted that convenience stores accounted for nearly $540 million in e-cigarette sales in 2013, which was 75 percent of all brick-and-mortar sales.
