Hot tub associations to merge The International Hot Tub Association and the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals are joining forces to give the hot tub industry a single voice. Under an agreement announced Tuesday, IHTA will become part of APSP, which is dissolving its hot tub council to facilitate the merger.
