SCOTUS to take up greenhouse gas case The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to take up six separate petitions brought by states and industry groups challenging the Environmental Protection Agency's ability to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. The decision came as welcome news to many associations that had initiated or joined in the lawsuits.
