OPEI launches "Look Before You Pump" campaign The Outdoor Power Equipment Institute is make a full court press to warn consumers that it is illegal and potentially harmful to use higher than 10 percent ethanol gas in lawnmowers, chainsaws and other outdoor power equipment.
