U.S. Chamber sets sights on lower courts The U.S. Chamber of Commerce is throwing its considerable legal resources at small courts across the country in a bid to promote its pro-business agenda, Reuters news service reports. The Chamber has largely focused on the U.S. Supreme Court in the past, but in the past few years it has increasingly become involved in lower court cases.
