Association designs state campaign against ‘smurfing' The Consumer Healthcare Products Association announced Tuesday it has joined with Indiana state officials to launch a campaign against people who buy pseudoephedrine only to sell the drug to methamphetamine manufacturers, a practice popularly known as "smurfing."
