CEOs keep associations on track despite board turnover

It wasn’t the kind of housecleaning the American Cleaning Institute (ACI) wanted, but in a recent five-month period 45% of the trade group’s volunteer leaders left unexpectedly. Nine cleaning industry executives told the group between November 2023 and April of this year that they had to leave the board of directors because they took new company roles or retired.
