The two lives of Erik Huey—cowpunk singer and association lobbyist—came together at the Republican National Convention. Huey, aka Cletus McCoy, sings lead for the Surreal McCoys, a band that plays "cowpunk you can believe in"—country, punk and rock fusion. The group performed back-to-back concerts Aug. 28, at a private party and at the Camp Freddy benefit for wounded warriors.
