Early returns reveal salaries for top paid association CEOs

More data still to emerge, but those leading larger trade groups, like U.S. Chamber's Donohue, tend to outpace the field Association CEOs with the highest compensation work in Washington, D.C., head trade groups and typically lead associations in energy or banking. That's the result of CEO Update's early look at 2012 tax records. The list will evolve as more associations release their public disclosure document for the 2012 tax year.
