Evolving AI policies aim to balance experimentation and caution

Associations that are developing policies to govern their use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) are proceeding with caution. Benefits such as increased productivity are being balanced against major risks in areas of ethics, data privacy, intellectual property and discrimination. Two association executives told CEO Update they have implemented strict policies governing AI use by the association, its staff and its volunteer leaders.
