Former association spokesman lands new job as CEO

Pat Cleary, once a voice for the National Association of Manufacturers, will lead human resources outsourcing group Cleary Pat Cleary, a longtime figure in the Washington, D.C., political scene, will join the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations as its new president and CEO, effective Dec. 5. Cleary currently is senior vice president of digital public affairs in the D.C. office of public relations firm Fleishman-Hillard.
