Longtime Republican Party official Mike Duncan will join the $45-million revenue American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity as president and CEO on Sept. 10, giving the industry a politically well-connected spokesperson at a time when it is facing increased regulation. Duncan Duncan is the former chairman of the Republican National Committee who most recently was chairman of American Crossroads, a super PAC that has spent millions trying to defeat Democrats in this years elections.
