Gaddis opens doors to retired military

Former general helps military personnel land association jobs Gaddis Evan Gaddis' final assignment in the military was as a two-star general commanding U.S. Army recruiting. Now he's helping to recruit retiring officers to association careers. Gaddis, 65, has had a successful second career in nonprofits. He plans to retire at year-end from his current post as CEO of the $26 million-revenue National Electrical Manufacturers Association, which he has led since 2005.
