When Dan Glickman steps down as head of the Motion Picture Association of America next September, he will cap the fourth stage of his high-profile career, clearly looking forward to Act Five, but still a fan of the industry that he says packs razzle-dazzle. For six years, while wrestling with weighty issues concerning intellectual property rights and film piracy here and abroad, hes also been promoting a product he says makes people happy.
