Group to promote plant with roots in Eurasia

A nonprofit organization has formed to promote products made from the seabuckthorn, a shrub from Europe and Asia that proponents claim contains numerous health benefits. The U.S. Seabuckthorn Association was announced March 9 at the Natural Products Expo West, a trade show for organic and natural products held this year in Anaheim, Calif.
