Agreements inked with Korea, Colombia and Panama; some express concern about American jobs going overseas. Business associations and industry groups hailed congressional approval of three free trade agreements, and President Barack Obama signed the pacts into law Oct. 21. The trade agreements, passed Oct. 12, are with South Korea, Panama and Colombia. The pact with Korea, the seventh largest trading partner of the U.S., is considered the most significant in terms of trade volume.
