Groups seek CEOs with skills to meet financial realities

Recruiters say recession fallout and evolving memberships are driving demand for CEOs who can lead through time of change ahead. Executive recruiters say the recent financial meltdown and economic recession, as well as broader market changes, continue to influence senior hiring decisions at trade associations, where demand is high for leaders with the skills required to help groups adapt to post-recession realities.
