Housing still not recovered from bust; NAHB reserves declining as revenues plummet; 2013 trade show cut back to three days The National Association of Home Builders placed 18 employees on administrative leave Feb. 1, according to a source close to the organization. The staff will be laid off if the board approves the move when it votes on the budget at the International Builders Show in Orlando, which ends Feb. 11.
