Apartment association CEO to retire in 2016

Culkin plans to step down after helping group grow Culkin Doug Culkin, 15-year head of the $18 million-revenue National Apartment Association, told CEO Update he plans to retire at the end of 2016. He did not provide more details or comments. Culkin joined NAA as executive vice president in 1999 and became president and CEO in 2005.
