Departures Walter exits leukemia society Caulfield Arslan Lebby Oszakiewski Hoffman Georges Clapton Deere Johnson Gardner Yates Olsen John Walter has stepped down as CEO of the $293M-revenue Leukemia & Lymphoma Society after leading the White Plains, N.Y.-group since 2008. No reason was given for his departure. Walter joined LLS in 1995 as a SVP, later becoming COO.
