Brown Departures Acott leaving NAPA Mike Acott will retire as president of the $10M-revenue National Asphalt Pavement Association in Lanham, Md., following the group's 2019 annual meeting. Acott has led NAPA since 1992. The search for a successor is underway. Arrivals Steen to lead APS The $22M-revenue American Physiological Society has appointed Scott Steen executive director, effective July 16.
