Associations band together to sue EPA on ethanol decision

A group of associations has filed a legal challenge to a recent decision by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that would allow the use of gasoline containing 15 percent ethanol for certain passenger cars and trucks. The new coalition, called the Engine Products Group, consists of the National Marine Manufacturers Association, the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute, the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers, and the Association of International Automobile Manufacturers.
