McCurdy told an audience of association executive peers that more compromise is needed in Washington, D.C. Former Rep. Dave McCurdy (D-Okla.) was known as a moderate during his 14 years in Congress, and for honesty, integrity and strategic smarts in his subsequent 18-year career as an association CEO.
