Coalition Watch: New group takes on Exec Comp

With spiraling executive pay increasingly in the spotlight, a group representing corporate human resource officers has formed a new organization to research compensation levels and promote its link to business competitiveness. The HR Policy Association May 8 formed The Center On Executive Compensation, sharing a similar platform with the Business Roundtable on limiting executive pay disclosure to promote businesses’ ability to compete.
