Cindy D'Aoust has effectively led the association for more than a year D'Aoust Cindy D'Aoust has been appointed president and CEO of the Cruise Lines International Association, taking charge of an organization she has effectively led for more than a year. D'Aoust joined the $26 million-revenue CLIA in December 2014 as executive vice president of membership and operations.
