Head of public health schools association killed

Spencer remembered for his work in tropical medicine Spencer Harrison Spencer, CEO of the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health, was stabbed to death in his Georgetown home Aug. 10, according to Washington, D.C., police. His 32-year-old son Peter Spencer was arrested and charged with first-degree murder while armed.
