CEO says after 14 years of helping the organization grow, it is time for him to seek other pursuits; group to appoint interim Hugelmeyer Frank Hugelmeyer has resigned as CEO of the $6 million-revenue Outdoor Industry Association on Oct. 3, leaving the organization after 14 years at the helm. The announcement of Hugelmeyer's departure came only four days before he was scheduled to leave the Boulder, Colo.-based association and three days before the group held its annual leadership conference.
