ITI lobbyist Hellmann leaves association after 10 years

Ralph Hellmann, who was instrumental in building ITI as a major technology policy player, said he is proud of group’s work Ralph Hellmann, senior vice president of government relations for the Information Technology Industry Council, is stepping down from his position at the $9 million-revenue group.
