American Public Power Association CEO recognized for career Kelly The Women's Council on Energy and Environment has named Sue Kelly, CEO of the American Public Power Association, 2017 Woman of the Year. Kelly, who has led the association since 2014, said women in careers should not let the perfect be the enemy of the good. "You do not have to be perfect to be a success," she said.
