Matheson to lead rural electric cooperative association

Jim Matheson (D-Utah) as its next CEO. The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association announced Monday that Matheson will replace CEO Jo Ann Emerson, the former member of Congress from Missouri who had to step down after a brain hemorrhage last year.
