Mining group promotes general counsel to CEO post

Longtime trade executive Harold P. Quinn, who had been serving as interim, succeeds Kraig Naasz, who left the association in August Harold P. Quinn, general counsel and longtime executive at the National Mining Association, has been appointed the trade group’s permanent CEO, effectively immediately.
