The D.C. Council unanimously passed emergency legislation June 4 that would require all employers of 50 or fewer people to purchase health insurance through a new online exchange beginning in 2015.

Tenure of current CEOs close to surpassing predecessors
Terms for CEOs leading associations with less than $15 million in revenue are already longer than those of former chief executives Tenure, measured by a CEO's time in office, is heading up. A CEO Update analysis of more than 1,700 national associations shows that CEOs in office now have been at their posts a median of 6.6 years, up from 6.4 years in 2012, and up from 6.2 years in 2008.
