ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership has selected participants for its diversity leadership program, and made changes to the decade-old program. This year, 12 Diversity Executive Leadership Program scholars were named from an applicant pool of almost 100 association and nonprofit professionals. In addition, the program was extended to two years, rather than one, to better prepare the participants for future leadership positions and to provide a more robust learning experience, according to the May 27 news release announcing the winners.
