Varbuzz, the blog for the Virginia Association of Realtors, was originally seen as a way for the organization to reach out to Realtors across the state with timely information. But just 14 months after its launch in 2008, the blog has taken on a life of its own, with 300 subscribers and nearly 1,000 unique visitors each week. “It makes us a hub for spreading knowledge,” said Andrew Kantor, VAR’s blogger. “It enables us to connect people with one another and spread ideas.”
