CEOs at larger professional societies are more likely to receive bonuses, and also are more likely to receive bonuses representing a higher percentage of base pay. An analysis finds that 59 percent of groups with annual revenue of $10 million or more awarded bonuses to their top executive, compared with 28 percent of groups with less revenue.
