TechAmerica sues ITI over lobbying hires TechAmerica is suing the Information Technology Industry Council after the latter made off with three of TechAmerica's top lobbyists last week. The $5 million lawsuit, which was filed in D.C. Superior Court, claims breach of contract, according to Federal News Radio. It alleges that the lobbyists—Trey Hodgkins, Pam Walker and Carol Henton—gave ITI proprietary information that will harm TechAmerica's competitive advantage.
