When to leave is key decision for top executives

CEOs face a number of decision points in their careers: When are they ready for the C-suite? What should that first top job be? And when is it time to move on? SCOTUS to take up greenhouse gas case The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to take up six separate petitions brought by states and industry groups challenging the Environmental Protection Agency's ability to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. The decision came as welcome news to many associations that had initiated or joined in the lawsuits. A lower court ruled in 2012 that EPA did have the authority to curb emissions, so the Supreme Court's decision gives many groups a second shot at tearing down what they view as job-killing regulations.
