Read MoreA nonprofit group is suing the Grocery Manufacturers Association for its opposition to a Washington state ballot measure that would require labeling foods that include genetically modified organisms. The organization, Moms for Labeling, argues that GMA should disclose which of its member companies are giving money to fight the proposed law, saying it is required under state law, according to news reports. GMA has contributed $7.2 million to defeat the measure.
