Pasierb As head of the Toy Industry Association, CEO Steve Pasierb enjoys a New York City office filled with his members' products. But here's a bit of irony: Since taking the top job in April, the self-described "overgrown child" has less time to play. Pasierb started purchasing plastic model airplane kits as a child with his allowance. Today, he builds and flies remote-controlled sailplanes, one-third the size of their human-carrying counterparts.
