Salary Update - Chris Dodd, Motion Picture Association of America

To lure a prominent former senator to its corner office, the Motion Picture Association of America reported paying Chris Dodd more than $2.4 million in 2011. This first disclosure of Dodd's MPAA salary represents just nine and a half months on the job. It's also 80 percent higher than earnings of former MPAA chief Dan Glickman. In his nearly six-year tenure, Glickman's take-home pay never cracked the $1.4 million ceiling.
