Surgeons name new leader

Craig to head Chicago-area medical association Craig The $19 million-revenue American Association of Neurological Surgeons has promoted Kathleen Craig to executive director. She replaces Tom Marshall, who recently stepped down after leading the Chicago-area organization for 15 years. Craig previously was deputy executive director at AANS and has been interim executive director since November 2015. In her new role, she will also lead the Neurosurgery Research and Education Foundation.
