Executive search firm Spencer Stuart will redo two searches for financial based associations, and has picked up the CEO search for a third industry group, COMPTEL, which represents communications service providers and their supplier partners. In some instances, search firms will redo an executive search for a reduced fee or no fee if their original selection resigns within one year.
