Veterinarian group forges ahead with insurance coverage

AVMA relaunches association health plan program six years after Affordable Care Act forced such plans in legal gray area The American Veterinary Medical Association will get back into the business of offering association health plans later this year, making it the latest group to push ahead with health coverage even as the legality of such programs is being weighed in federal courts.
