Median change in compensation among the highest of the past 10 years; experts expect ‘more conservative' stance by boards in future The median change in base and bonus compensation for CEOs of large associations was up a strong 5.2% in the latest CEO Update Compensation Survey, tied for the second-highest reading in the past decade.
